Wagon Wheel Bean and Beef Casserole

ingredients

1 - 10.5oz can Campbell's Queso Poblano condensed soup
1 - 15 oz can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 - 10oz cans diced tomatoes with green chili peppers (drain and save juice)
1 cup sour cream
3 cups shredded beef, cooked
2 cups green onions, slived
1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
8 oz. wagon wheel pasta, cooked al dente
1 - 15 oz can Bush's dark red kidney beans with chili sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 - 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Sauce: Drain liquid from two cans of diced tomatoes and chilies, reserving tomatoes for later use. Puree drained and rinsed dark red kidney beans with juice from tomatoes, add Queso Poblano Soup and sour cream, stir to combine. In large bowl, mix drained tomatoes, shredded beef, sliced onions, chopped chilies, cooked pasta, dark red kidney beans with chili, sauce, cumin, chili powder and pepper. Add sauce, mix well. Salt to taste. Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, top with crushed tortilla chips and bake for 10 minutes.
