ingredients
| 4 slices bacon | 
| 1 can (15oz.) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained | 
| 1 cup golden raisins | 
| 3/4 cup salsa | 
| 1/3 cup sliced green onions | 
| 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro | 
| 1 tsp. cumin | 
| 6 (8 in.) flour tortillas | 
| 1/2 cup sour cream | 
| Fresh cilantro, optional | 
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove bacon and drippings from skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels; crumble. Return bacon to skillet with beans, raisins, salsa, onions, cilantro and cumin; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated. Meanwhile, wrap flour tortillas in aluminum foil. Bake for 10 minutes or until warm. Immediately spoon scant 1/2 cup bean mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold sides toward center, slightly overlapping. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro. Serve immediately. 6 burritos.
